Price
Daily Rates:
- April to November (inclusive): 1400 BGN per day for the entire house
- December to March (inclusive): 2000 BGN per day for the entire house
Included in the Price:
- overnights
- 2 secret envelopes with directions and information about interesting places in the area
The price DOES NOT include:
- tourist tax in the amount of EUR 2.50/ BGN 5 per day per tourist (including children over 15 years old)
- one-time cleaning fee BGN 700
The price does not apply to public holidays and other holiday packages.
Details
Minimum number of nights:
7 nights (in December, January, February, July and August). Check-in from Sunday to Sunday.
3 nights (in March, April, May, June, September, October and November)
Additional night: BGN 1,300
Check-in after 4:00 p.m., check-out by 10:00 a.m.
- Maximum capacity: 10 people
- Number of rooms: The house has 5 bedrooms.
- Number of bathrooms: bathroom in each of the rooms.
- Spa services and pool: Relaxation area and sauna.
- Equipment: large yard, barbecue, spacious living room with dining room and fireplace, 2 kitchens on each of the floors, ski closet, parking spaces.
- Meals: Fully equipped kitchen. There are many dining options in the immediate vicinity of the house.
- Pet Policy: Small pets are allowed for an extra charge of 15 euros per day.
- Cancellation policy: up to 90 days before departure - free of charge, after this period 100% of the amount is deducted.
- Children's policy: Suitable for children - no extra charge.
- Additional activities on site and in the area: skiing, cycling, eco-trails, natural phenomena, historical sights, snowmobiles, spa locations, golf, horse riding, climbing, tennis, etc.
