Minimum number of nights: 2 for weekends, 1 for weekdays. 

Additional night: 600 BGN per night. 

Check-in after 2:00 PM, check-out by 11:00 AM.

Weekday check-in: 700 BGN per night.

 

 

  • Maximum capacity: 18/20 people in the three houses.
  • Number of rooms: The complex has 3 houses. Each has 2 double rooms and 2 sofa beds in the living room for children. Total capacity of 4 + 2 people.
  • Number of bathrooms: 1 bathroom in each room.
  • Spa services: Jacuzzi, steam bath, and sauna.
  • Facilities: fireplace, spacious yard, barbecue event area, children's corner, campfire.
  • Pet policy: Small pets are allowed.
  • Child policy: Suitable for children - no extra charge. Cribs available upon prior request.
  • Additional activities on-site and in the area: nature trails, natural phenomena, historical landmarks, the possibility of organizing dynamic shooting with professionals in a nearby complex.
  • Suitable for team-building, bachelorette or bachelor parties, birthdays, and other events. Team-building games with a professional organizer for an additional fee of 170 BGN per person.
  • Upon check-in, a 200 BGN cash deposit per house is required against possible damages. Refundable at check out.
