We invite you to the vast green expanse of Eastern Stara Planina, to a small village that has fiercely guarded its ancient stories and traditions for over 1,500 years. The intriguing dialect of the locals, with all its nuances, the deep roots of their ancestors, proud owners of the oldest Bulgarian folk costumes... this is a world waiting to be rediscovered by those of us who seek the forgotten.
Thankfully, there are people like our host, whose mission is to revive and preserve the unique history of this region. Through the house he's building, he offers you a journey back in time, accompanied by unparalleled comfort, natural beauty, and exquisite design. The place offers various types of rooms – from a cozy double room with a balcony overlooking the nearby mountain hills to a deluxe attic room with a sea view, and a superior triple room, perfect for families or groups of friends.
On the villa's grounds, you'll find an authentic underground winery, where you can taste a variety of wines paired with gourmet dried meats and cheeses. The setting is ideal for well-deserved holiday, featuring several spa facilities – a sauna, a steam bath, and a salt room, each uniquely housed in small wooden cottages with incredible views of the surrounding area. The unique infinity pool will make you forget everything around you and indulge in true relaxation.
For adrenaline lovers, you can join a jeep safari for an additional fee, which follows a dynamic route with stunning 360-degree panoramas, or rent a UTV for an adventurous ride.

- Number of rooms: 5 doubles, 1 triple, 1 quadruple
- Number of bathrooms: each room has 1 bathroom
- SPA: Infinity pool (outdoor, seasonal) equipped with a salt electrolysis system, ensuring crystal clear water without the smell of chlorine, bringing you closer to the natural feeling of the sea. Steam bath and salt room included in the price, outdoor jacuzzi and sauna for an additional 300 BGN per day.
- Facilities: Dining room for up to 20 people, summer veranda with a large oven and barbecue for roasting, wine cellar with tasting options, table football, billiards, and Xbox.
- Food: Fully equipped kitchen with dining room. The house offers catering and dinner delivery upon prior order. There is no restaurant in the village, the nearest are about 30 minutes by car. Breakfast is an additional 15 BGN per person per day.
- Pet policy: Pets are not allowed.
- Child policy: Suitable for children, there is also a small play area for them.
- Additional activities on-site and in the area: Buggy rental. Paid jeep safari. Only 30 minutes by car: beach, if you are active water sports enthusiasts, you can rent a kayak, jet ski, and many more. Walks and visits to historical sites like churches and museums.
