Minimum nights: 2.
Additional night: 730 BGN per night.
Check-in after 15:00, check-out by 12:00.
Weekday check-in: 800 BGN per night.
- Maximum capacity: up to 6 people in the house. Total 25 adults or 20 adults and 10 children. An additional person in a villa seated on a sofa pays BGN 70 per night. For children over 4 years extra payment of BGN 130 for two nights per child.
- Number of rooms: Each of the 5 houses has 2 bedrooms and a living room with a sofa bed.
- Number of bathrooms: 2 bathrooms in each of the houses.
- Spa services: Outdoor relaxation area with a Finnish sauna and jacuzzi.
- Equipment: Mountain view, dining area, spacious yard, covered dining area for up to 24 people.
- Dining: Fully equipped kitchen. The venue has a restaurant available exclusively for guests of the event complex with a pre-arranged menu. Breakfast is served in the villa. Upon check-in, our guests receive complimentary coffee, tea and mineral water in the villa.
- Pet policy: Pets not allowed.
- Child policy: For children over 4 years extra payment of BGN 130 for two nights per child.
- Additional on-site and area activities: nature trails, natural phenomena, historical landmarks, off-roading, skiing, fishing, cycling, horseback riding, picnics, outdoor fireplace.
- Suitable for team building, bachelorette or bachelor parties, birthdays, and other events. Team-building games with a professional organizer available for an additional fee starting from 170 BGN per person.
