Additional night: 200 BGN for the studio, 400 BGN for the small house, 600 BGN for the large house.
Check-in after 3:00 PM, check-out by 12:00 PM.

- Maximum capacity: Total of 16 adults in the entire complex (2 houses and 1 studio)
- Number of rooms: Large house for 8 people (2 double rooms, one with 1 pull-out sofa, living room with a pull-out sofa). Small house for 6 people (1 double room, 1 triple room + 1 living room with a sofa) Studio with a bedroom and sofa.
- Number of bathrooms: each room has a bathroom.
- Spa services: Outdoor hot tub, sauna.
- Facilities: large yard with terrace, outdoor relaxation area, children's corner, meditation area.
- Dining: Fully equipped kitchen with dining area. Catering, lunch, dinner, and breakfast can be ordered on-site for an additional charge from nearby dining establishments.
- Pet policy: Pets are not allowed.
- Child policy: Suitable for children - no additional charge.
- Additional activities on-site and in the area: nature trails, natural phenomena, historical landmarks, forest picnics, off-road, ATV rental, rope park, ski slopes, team-building games with a professional organizer for an additional fee of 170 BGN per person.
